Privacy policy

AMZ PDP Audits is operated by Exclusiva Inc, 714 Hertford Dr, Hatfield, PA 19440 (“we”). This policy covers https://amzpdpaudits.com and the AMZ PDP Audits app on the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore.

What we collect

• Your contact details: the name and email you enter, and your AppSumo license key or Stripe checkout reference.
• Business context: the revenue band and main problem you choose, your hero keyword, use case and the product facts you type in.
• Public Amazon listing data: the public product pages of the ASIN you submit and of its competitors (title, bullets, description, images, price, ratings, review summaries, Best Sellers Rank), read through our data provider SoldScope or from a page you saved and uploaded.
• Seller Central reports you upload: we read the files in your browser and on our server, keep only the figures for the audited ASIN (sessions, conversion, Buy Box %, search query shares, converting and wasted search terms, return reasons) and never store the files themselves.
• Amazon Selling Partner API (only if you connect): a refresh token, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), used only to request the Sales and Traffic report and the Search Query Performance report for ASINs you audit. We do not access orders, buyer names, addresses or any personally identifiable buyer information, and we never ask for your Seller Central login.

How we use it

• To produce and deliver your audit and your re-audit.
• To email you your audit and a short series about implementing it (unsubscribe any time).
• To recommend relevant Exclusiva services, including a strategy call.
• Anonymized scores of public top-seller listings form our benchmark (“X% of top sellers do this”). It never shows your data to anyone else.

Listing Studio, reviews and site activity

• Listing Studio (paid add-on): the product photos, Supplement Facts panel, logo and selling points you upload are used only to make your images, A+ images and video. They stay private to your order until a specialist has checked them and released them to you.
• Reviews: if you leave a review, we show it on our site only if you tick the box allowing it and only after we check it. Your name and role appear only if you tick that box too; your email is never shown. Beta testers who got free access are always labelled as such.
• Site activity notices: our pages may show short, anonymous notices of real recent activity (for example “A seller in Texas unlocked a full audit”). They never include a name, email, business or ASIN; the location is at most a state or country, taken from the billing address of a purchase.

Who processes it

• SoldScope (public Amazon listing and keyword data), Anthropic (Claude, which reads listing content, reads your Supplement Facts panel and writes the report and image text), OpenAI (only for Listing Studio lifestyle scenes: it receives a cut-out photo of your product, never your contact details), GoHighLevel (CRM and email) and Render (hosting).
• AppSumo and Stripe process purchases under their own policies. Amazon data is used under Amazon’s Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

We do not sell your data.

Retention and deletion

Audits are kept so you can return to them. Disconnecting Seller Central (dashboard → Disconnect, or Seller Central → Manage Your Apps) deletes the stored token. Email jamil@exclusivainc.com to have your data deleted; we act within 30 days.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to the server is limited to Exclusiva staff who need it.
